This course aims to encourage continuous development and transformation through a combination of executive coaching strategies and accountable workplace practices. It focuses on exploring beliefs, values, behaviours and skills important in sustaining a mindset shift when aiming for excellence.

Staff ready to explore personal and professional goals. Aiming high by developing leadership potential taking skilled strategies to the next level.

GROUP SIZE: 8 participants (maximum 10)
COURSE DURATION: Two days ( with a four week break between sessions). 9:00am – 4:00pm (including breaks)
