“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”

~ Aristotle

“In our personal lives we do not develop our own self awareness and become responsible for first creations, we empower other people and circumstances to shape your lives by default.”

~ Stephen Covey

Course Module

Module 1: Effective Communication
Module 2: Professionalism
Module 3: Time Management

PARTICIPANTS

Self-awareness is the first step to setting goals. You become self aware of your strengths and weaknesses. You will know which goals to set and the strategies that will help you achieve them. You pro-actively manage your thoughts, emotions and behaviours rather then allowing them to manage you.
